Preview: This is part two of a four-part series of lessons regarding the plagues of the last days.
Scripture Reading: Revelation 21:1-13.
Memory Verse: Revelation 15:2.
1. What is the victory for those who overcome the mark? Revelation 15:2.
2. What did John see in the Heaven before the seven plagues were poured out? Revelation 15:5.
3. How did it affect the temple of God in Heaven? Revelation 15:8.
Note: This proves that Christ’s mediation work closes before the first plague is poured out, and a strong proof that the plagues are not in the past.
4. What did the first plague affect, and how grievous was it? Revelation 16:2.
5. What did the second angel affect? Revelation 16:3.
Note: There is nothing more deadly than the blood of dead men. It affects the sea, the greatest body of water. But note the words: as the blood of dead men (like unto the blood of dead men).
6. What did the third plague affect? Revelation 16:4.
7. How approving are the angels of the wrath of God? Revelation 16:5-7.
Note: The judgment of God is just, and the angels approved. Man had been stubborn, unwilling to hear and to heed. If the plagues are in the past, there will be no future judgment. Do not be deceived, whether men believe or not, it is sure to come.
8. How will it effect the word of God if men refuse to believe? Romans 3:3.
9. How will it effect men if they refuse to believe? Romans 3:4.
10. How will it effect the judgment of God if men’s beliefs command the righteousness of God? Romans 3:5-6.
